Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract Data Analyst to provide database and analytical support across multiple initiatives in Westbrook, ME. You will perform data analyses using statistical methods and graphical displays, retrieve and present reports to management, and recommend improvements based on findings.

The role requires experience with SQL and data analysis; familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake is a plus, and some ML knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Description

Provide database and analytical support for multiple initiatives, projects, and programs. Perform data analyses using appropriate statistical methods and graphical display standards. Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting operations and business objectives. Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to the analysis of the data. Develop in-depth knowledge of customer information systems, and provide training and support to users. Provide database and analytical support for multiple initiatives, projects, and programs. Design, implement, and deliver reports, exception reports, measurements, and analyses to support customer-focused, data-driven analysis. Perform data analyses using appropriate statistical methods and graphical display standards. Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting operations and business objectives. Analyze, summarize and present information and data for discussion and decision making. Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to the analysis of the data. Research data anomalies and issues. Work with data source systems and target systems to identify data issues and data gaps. May track status and develop/update data source systems and target systems. Identify and recommend solutions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
