Job summary

FYI For Your Information Inc. seeks a data-driven analyst to turn workforce insights into measurable recommendations on career progression models. You will analyze trends, gaps, and barriers, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, and review inputs from focus groups and surveys.

The role involves developing evaluation metrics, post-deployment surveys, and reporting on impact and lessons learned. A hybrid work schedule and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects.

• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to examine career progression frameworks, promotion processes, and policies.
• Review stakeholder inputs gathered through focus groups, interviews, surveys, and validation activities.
• Translate findings into career progression recommendations, including dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Develop evaluation metrics and a post-deployment survey instrument to collect feedback on models and tools.
• Analyze post-deployment survey results and produce reporting on impact, sustainability, lessons learned, and future modifications.

Job description

This role supports workforce and career progression analysis by turning workforce insights into measurable recommendations and evaluation of career progression models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to uncover trends, gaps, and barriers in career progression, including promotion rates, lateral movement, retention, and diversity of assignments.
• Use qualitative and quantitative methods to examine career progression frameworks, promotion processes, policies, practices, and supporting workforce data.
• Review stakeholder inputs gathered through focus groups, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder validation activities.
• Support benchmarking analysis by translating findings into career progression recommendations, including cross-cutting themes, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Develop evaluation metrics and a post-deployment survey instrument to collect feedback on career progression models and tools.
• Analyze post-deployment survey results and help produce reporting on impact, sustainability, lessons learned, and recommendations for future model/tool modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects with similar size and complexity.
