Job summary

FYI - For Your Information, Inc. is seeking a data professional to analyze workforce data, identify trends, gaps, and barriers in career progression, including promotions, lateral moves, retention, and diversity of assignments.

You will apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze career progression frameworks and policies, support benchmarking findings, develop evaluation metrics, and report post-deployment impact and recommendations for future modifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 5+ years in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.
• Experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of similar size and complexity.

• Develop evaluation metrics and a post-deployment survey instrument to collect feedback on career progression models and tools.
• Analyze post-deployment survey results and support reporting on impact, sustainability, lessons learned, and recommendations for future modifications.
