About the Role:

The Manufacturing Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw manufacturing data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and product quality improvements. This position involves analyzing complex datasets from production lines, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes. The analyst collaborates closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce waste. By leveraging advanced analytical techniques and tools, the role ensures that manufacturing decisions are supported by accurate and timely data. Ultimately, the Manufacturing Data Analyst contributes to enhancing overall manufacturing performance and competitiveness in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Experience working with manufacturing data or in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Programming experience in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
