Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Senior Operations Data Analyst in the Bay Area for a hybrid Oakland role. You will develop ETL pipelines, use Python and SQL to analyze data, and automate data processes to deliver insights for electrification initiatives.

You will build dashboards, handle large datasets, and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions. Local Bay Area candidates only; hybrid onsite ~monthly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant data analytics or data engineering experience.
• Advanced Python skills for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced SQL and database querying experience.
• Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines.

Senior Operations Data Analyst – Hybrid | Oakland, CA

We’re hiring a Senior Operations Data Analyst to support a large-scale energy and utility organization with data analytics and electrification initiatives.

Location: Oakland, CA – Hybrid, onsite approximately once per month

Pay: $55/hr

Contract: Through 4/18/2027

Candidates must be local to the Bay Area

What You’ll Do:
