Data Analyst– Contract to Hire

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. The role involves leveraging business and technical knowledge to manage deliverables in data warehouse consolidation and business intelligence projects, collaborating with business and technical teams to understand strategies, gather information, and ensure requirements are met throughout the data & analytics lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights; communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Extraction and Transformation: Assist with ETL processes; collaborate with IT teams for seamless data integrations.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Validate data quality; define and communicate quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis; suggest solutions to issues.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams; prioritize tasks effectively.
• Documentation: Document data mappings, definitions, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred, but not necessary.
• 2+ years’ experience with programming languages (SQL, PLSQL, R, Python, etc.).
• 2+ years’ experience with data warehouses (Oracle, SQL, Snowflake).
• Healthcare experience and Agile/SAFe experience are pluses.

Work Environment: Remote, Monday to Friday, with hours depending on client needs.

Physical Demands: Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time; occasional movement; constant computer use; effective communication skills.
