Data Analyst - Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a production team responsible for managing and maintaining live customer data within a key system. This role involves monitoring migrated data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams to address system errors and provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualizations. This position will require 4 days onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Must Have Skills

• 3-5 years of Tableau experience (creating reports and dashboards)
• 3-5 years of SQL experience (building complex SQL queries from scratch)
• 1+ years of Alteryx experience (ETL processes and data scripting)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Local to Philadelphia, PA, with the ability to work onsite 4 days per week

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Use Alteryx for ETL processes and running automated data scripts.
• Track and report on performance metrics, including the success rate of completed orders and Month-over-Month trends.
• Create and present data visualizations and insights using Tableau.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system errors.
• This is a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient client data operations, driving high-quality service, and supporting informed decision-making processes.
