Job Description
The Data Analyst will analyze behavioral data, campaign metrics, and engagement signals to generate insights that inform marketing strategies, audience growth, and product development. Collaboration with product, marketing, data science, and client services teams is essential to support decision-making with accurate and timely analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze user behavior data to understand physician engagement across content, campaigns, and channels.
  2. Create and maintain dashboards and reports monitoring KPIs related to engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation.
  3. Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, segmentation, and conversion trends.
  4. Support A/B testing by analyzing results and recommending optimizations.
  5. Assist in developing behavioral models and attribution frameworks with the data science team.
  6. Work with stakeholders to define metrics, interpret data, and support strategic decisions.
  7. Ensure data integrity across marketing technology platforms.
  8. Present findings clearly and visually to non-technical audiences.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve data quality and analytics processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with Python for data analysis
  • Basic knowledge of dbt for data transformations
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Segment or Iterable is a plus
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Understanding of web technologies and analytics
  • Healthcare marketing knowledge or industry exposure is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts
  • Attention to detail and ownership of high-quality outputs
  • Creativity, curiosity, and empathy in data storytelling
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills
