We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and variances that inform process improvements across production activities. This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity through accurate data analysis and actionable insights.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and analyze data from manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and operational performance
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems
• Collaborate with engineers, production managers, and other analysts to support business objectives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Visualize and present analytical findings clearly to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and statistical software
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Working knowledge of ERP and MES systems is a plus
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar
• Familiarity with Python or R is preferred
