Duration: Full-Time (FTE)
Location: PA - Allentown, Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g., Movemedical, Excel trackers, internal dashboards) to provide accurate, up-to-date reporting on kit usage and logistics performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that visualize trends in set utilization, turn rates, and burn‑down progress.
- Partner with leadership to define metrics and KPIs that measure network efficiency, site performance, and inventory optimization.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making, process improvements, and business case development.
- Identify anomalies, data integrity issues, and opportunities to improve data capture processes.
- Work cross‑functionally with operations, field teams, and leadership to interpret data and translate findings into operational insights.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve logistics performance and reduce waste.
- Help standardize reporting processes and templates across sites to ensure consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical or reporting role within operations, supply chain, or commercial support.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and basic data visualization.
- Experience with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, follow‑through, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment‑equally capable of diving into data and executing tactical support tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
Benefits
The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $60,000 (or the hourly equivalent).
