The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, with experience in healthcare datasets and HIPAA-compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with healthcare datasets and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets from multiple sources.
• Identify trends in patient, claims, and operational data.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare reports and present analytical findings to stakeholders.

• Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
