Base pay range

In this role, you will work at the intersection of healthcare data, analytics, and research, delivering insights that drive better outcomes for providers, payers, and life sciences clients. You will analyze complex claims, clinical, and price transparency data, transforming it into actionable intelligence to support strategic decisions and operational improvements. This position involves collaborating across analytics, product, engineering, and customer‑facing teams, providing opportunities to develop advanced technical skills while contributing directly to impactful healthcare initiatives. You will help design and execute analyses, create reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented, self‑motivated individuals passionate about leveraging data to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Interpret, analyze, and map healthcare claims, clinical, and pricing data.
  • Conduct advanced analyses using SQL, SAS, Python, or other statistical tools.
  • Generate reports and dashboards tailored to client needs and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal teams, clients, and external data vendors.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accurate mapping across analytics and informatics platforms.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects, knowledge sharing, and documentation of methodologies.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support healthcare decision‑making.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in quantitative research, analytics, or professional services, preferably in healthcare.
  • 1+ years of experience working with healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences organizations (strongly preferred).
  • Strong SQL querying skills; familiarity with Python, R, or SAS is preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, clinical coding (ICD-9/10, CPT, NDC, NPI), and health policy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Graduate degree in public health, epidemiology, health policy, economics, or related field preferred but not required.
