Parahunt Global Solutions in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. This onsite role focuses on designing dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and business metrics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform SQL queries and ETL tasks, and contribute to SDLC within an Agile environment to deliver scalable data solutions. Expect hands-on work with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and relational databases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL query management and database design across SQL Server, Oracle, or comparable platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for dashboard development and reporting.
• Hands-on ETL workflows using Talend or similar tools to extract, transform, and load data.
• Knowledge of Python and R for analysis and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with business intelligence analysis, requirements analysis, and dashboarding best practices.
• Understanding of SDLC in an Agile context for iterative project delivery.

Pay and Work Location

• Compensation: USD 79,500 - 95,900 per year
