Webstaurant Store, a Clark Associates company, is looking for an energetic and analytical candidate to join our growing company as a Data Analyst on the Operations Support Services team. The successful candidate for this role will have a passion for excellence, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload.

This is a full-time remote position.

POSITION SUMMARY

A Data Analyst within the Operations Support Services team will play an integral part in the success of our internal customers by providing data and analytical insights to various stakeholders within the distribution center network. This role will perform data collection, data transformations, creation of visualizations, analyses, and research for various deliverables related to distribution center operations. This support role will require analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. A Data Analyst must have the ability to distill complex information into clear messages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with turning datasets into meaningful analytical insights
2. Gather, summarize, and verify information used to populate reports and deliverables
3. Test and evaluate reports and analyses for the network of distribution centers
4. Create DAX formulas and Power Query transformations to create calculations and data transformations
5. Assist in monitoring data integrity for all deliverables
6. Read, write, and interpret various queries to perform daily tasks
7. Collaborate with various teams throughout the company to accomplish goals
8. Apply analytical skills to manage high volume data from various sources
9. Maintenance and monitoring of information systems to ensure quality and service throughout the operation
10. Occasional overnight travel will be required
11. Complete other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
2. Education or experience in supply chain management is a plus
3. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Power Query, and DAX are required
4. Working knowledge of databases including but not limited to SQL is required
5. Competent in the data analysis process
