Job Description

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Data Analyst. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

Responsibilities

1. Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end-users using system tools and database queries.
2. Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
3. Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, and information portals.
4. Lead initiatives to design and build reporting tools and dashboards.
5. Provide technology-based data reporting tools and management for business segments or the company.
6. Advise business groups with technical and strategic reports to identify and address issues and opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Knowledge of database management, SQL, relational data models, object-oriented programming, agile methodology, and Python.
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
