Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Data & Digital Strategy Intern to support data modernization, analytics, automation, reporting, and AI initiatives at the Geysers geothermal operations. This paid internship lasts about 10 weeks (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027) and is based at the Geysers plant in Middletown, CA.

The role involves hands-on work with operational data, BI tools, databases, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or senior undergraduate in a technical field such as CS/IS/Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate findings.
• Willingness to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, engineering, maintenance, and business data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support data modernization and reporting initiatives.
• Assist with data documentation, governance, and quality improvement efforts.
• Help identify opportunities to automate business processes.
• Support development and testing of reporting and analytics applications.
• Research and evaluate AI and digital technology opportunities.
• Create documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.
