Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a senior Change Strategy & Adoption leader in New York to define and drive enterprise change across data and AI platforms. You will craft governance, readiness, and sponsorship programs while partnering with executives and business units to maximize platform value.

You will lead adoption metrics, communication playbooks, and enablement efforts, reinforcing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful transformation across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Communications, Digital Adoption, or Program Leadership.
• Experience supporting cloud, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy, governance framework, and adoption roadmap for Carrier's unified Data & AI platform.
• Build and execute an organizational change program spanning business functions, regions, and tech teams.
• Establish adoption frameworks to drive long-term behavioral change and platform utilization.
• Develop stakeholder impact assessments, readiness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and adoption playbooks.
• Create sustainable mechanisms to reinforce change, drive accountability, and maximize value realization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness.
• Develop executive presentations, leadership messaging, steering committee materials, and communication toolkits.
• Drive sponsorship across executive leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, messaging, and outcomes.
• Facilitate leadership forums, steering committees, town halls, and executive roadshows.
• Develop a stakeholder map spanning business, digital, engineering, analytics, and corporate functions.
• Build a network of Change Champions to advocate transformation.
• Partner with BU, Digital, Product Owners, and platform teams to identify adoption barriers.
