Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, software, digital platforms, ML/AI enablement or IT.
• Experience delivering a technical strategy and managing direct reports and external vendors.
• Strong grounding in cloud-based data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, and observability; AWS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide data strategy and execution plan.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 3–5, plus contractors and vendors, with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Evolve data architecture and engineering capabilities across cloud platforms, data models, pipelines, APIs and integrations.
• Establish data governance, security and lifecycle policies.
