Job summary

Definian is hiring Senior Consultants to join our growing delivery team. This entry-level role is designed for problem solvers who want to work at the intersection of data, technology, and consulting.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand business requirements, design and test technical solutions, and deliver meaningful business outcomes. You’ll learn core skills in SQL, Python, data transformation, and enterprise applications, building foundations for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data or consulting roles on implementation projects.
• Experience with structured data analysis, organization and reporting.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, including pivot tables and VBA.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical deliverables.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop client solutions using SQL, Excel, VBA, and Applaud.
• Derive actionable insights from data using quantitative methods.
• Own mission-critical data requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide clients with technical direction on complex problems.
• Deliver technology solutions across Manufacturing, Education, Government, Life Sciences.
• Assess current data landscape and advise future-state strategy.
