Job summary

Vernovis is seeking a Data & AI Platforms Manager in Columbus, onsite, to lead the design, development, implementation, governance, and modernization of enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

You will oversee end-to-end analytics platforms, migrate legacy reporting to Fabric-native technologies, and guide Power BI dashboards while ensuring security, governance, and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience administering Fabric environments including governance and security controls.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Oversee Fabric architecture including Data Factory, Data Engineeering, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Real-Time Analytics, Power BI, and semantic models.
• Migrate SQL Server Reporting Services reports to Fabric-native reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, administration, and maintenance of analytics solutions with governance, security, and performance on the Fabric platform.
• Serve as primary administrator of the Fabric environment, including workspace management and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data is available, accurate, and secure for reporting and AI initiatives.
• Lead design and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee Fabric architecture and ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise needs.
• Lead modernization and migration of legacy reports to Fabric-native solutions where appropriate.
