Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Go-To-Market Specialist focused on Database & Analytics to drive growth with HCLS customers in the Boston area.

You will own end-to-end GTM strategy, develop and deploy sales plays, and collaborate with Account Teams, SI Partners, and AWS Service teams to win large-scale deals. You will translate technical migration and analytics use cases into compelling business value, present ROI scenarios to C-suite leaders, and help shape the roadmap through customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build sales pipeline and generate revenue.
• Be the domain authority. Act as the primary Database and Analytics specialist for HCLS customer, support customer engagements related to data migration and modernization initiatives.
• Bridge technical and business stakeholders. Translate complex database migration risks, TCO models, and architectural trade-offs into compelling business narratives for Line of Business and C-suite leaders.
• Achieve revenue targets by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline, and guiding customers through end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery through to implementation
• Create growth plans in partnership with HCLS Sales teams, SI Partner teams, and AWS Service teams.
• Help customers reduce dependency on commercial database licenses by identifying migration paths that lower licensing costs, present open-source alternatives, and drive AWS service adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and qualify high-impact database and analytics use cases aligned to their business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on AWS database and analytics services, helping customers understand potential outcomes, value, and return on investment;
• Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute to demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution design.
• Contribute customer insights to AWS product teams to influence the database and analytics services roadmap.
