Job summary

Kubrick Group is seeking an experienced Data & AI Governance Manager in New York to blend client-facing delivery with thought leadership and internal development. You will oversee data governance engagements, build and scale governance frameworks, and guide delivery squads through the full project lifecycle.

You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to the growth of Kubrick's governance capability and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, metadata management, or data quality implementations.
• Proven ability to design operating models, governance frameworks, and stewardship roles.
• Knowledge of tooling such as Collibra, Ataccama, Immuta, Anomalo, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data governance, metadata management, and data quality workstreams for clients.
• Define and implement enterprise governance frameworks including ownership, policy and standards.
• Support tooling configuration and enablement (Collibra, Ataccama, Immuta, Anomalo, etc.).
• Design metadata strategies, business glossary structures, and data models.
• Coach internal squads and provide delivery oversight.
