Job summary

Kubrick invites an experienced Data & AI Governance Manager to lead data governance, metadata management, and quality initiatives in a client-facing role based in New York. You will shape governance operating models, mentor delivery squads, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role blends hands-on delivery with thought leadership and pre-sales contribution, building scalable governance capabilities across our data programs.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across data management disciplines including metadata, quality, governance frameworks, stewardship, regulatory compliance, and AI governance.
• Experience designing operating models and governance leadership across large-scale data programs.
• Proven ability to configure and rollout governance tooling (Collibra, Ataccama, Immuta, Anomalo etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data governance, metadata management and data quality workstreams for clients.
• Define enterprise frameworks covering stewardship, ownership, policy and standards, and governance processes.
• Support tooling configuration and enablement for platforms like Collibra, Ataccama, Immuta, Anomalo.
