Job summary

Bank of America Corporation in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Data Analyst / AI Engineer to design and operationalize AI solutions for risk and data management in a highly regulated environment. You will build production-grade data pipelines and explainable models, partnering with risk and governance teams.

You will apply Python, data engineering and ML techniques to translate business objectives into scalable capabilities, ensuring traceability, governance and oversight across end-to-end data

Qualifications

• 5+ years building data analytics, ML or AI solutions with production ownership.
• Advanced Python development with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; experience with DL frameworks.
• Experience deploying generative/agentic AI using LLMs, embeddings, tool calls, and orchestration.
• Ability to design production data/ML pipelines using SQL, Spark, Airflow, Databricks and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, tools and workflows.
• Develop robust Python services, data pipelines and APIs integrating structured/unstructured data.
• Create evaluation frameworks for ML/AI including accuracy, latency, cost and robustness.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls, audit trails, access controls and governance checkpoints.
