Job summary

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate demand into secure, scalable production-grade AI solutions, while building talent and tracking capacity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and extensive leadership experience in data/AI.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering/platform teams in a complex organization.
• Hands-on delivery with Azure, AWS, GCP, Palantir Foundry/AIP, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data & AI technical organization across geographies and pods.
• Own the technical delivery roadmap and consolidate platforms into one enterprise system.
• Define engineering standards, playbooks, and governance for AI/ML production.
• Ensure each product has a funded support/run model post-launch.
• Drive reuse and enterprise-wide standards across portfolios.
