Job summary

Corndel is seeking a Curriculum Developer for Data to shape, develop, and continuously improve our Data and AI apprenticeship programmes.

You will translate complex Data and AI concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences, and work closely with Product Managers, coaches, and subject matter experts to ensure content meets apprenticeship standards and real-world practice. This remote, permanent role offers flexible working and a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing learning content, training materials or e-learning.
• Ability to translate complex Data/AI concepts into clear learning experiences.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with product managers, coaches and subject matter experts.
• Experience in Agile environments and using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain curriculum content across Data programmes.
• Support new programmes and bespoke client learning solutions.
• Review and quality assure existing curriculum content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, coaches and SMEs to ensure engaging content.
• Translate Data/AI concepts into practical learning experiences.
• Monitor learner feedback and implement iterative improvements.
• Log, track, prioritise, and resolve curriculum-related work in Jira.
• Keep content current with developments in data, analytics and AI.
• Support QA processes and maintain high standards across materials.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
