Oneida ESC Group is seeking a Data Administrator II for the CSRIA Warehouse in Beaufort, SC. This is an on-site position requiring attention to data accuracy and record-keeping. You will manage CSAMS data, generate reports, and coordinate with multiple offices.

The role emphasizes data integrity, timely processing, and collaboration with DoD-related teams to support METCAL inventory goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• At least one year of data administration experience.
• Proficient typing, filing, and data entry accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsabilités

• Enters all data into CSAMS inventory system.
• Drafts, updates, and follows data administration processes.
• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents to verify receipts.
• Files, stores, and secures records and correspondence.
• Prints and scans files to vendors, customers, and acquisitions personnel.
• Generates weekly and monthly reports.
• Researches, troubleshoots, and corrects processing errors to meet METCAL goals.
• Corresponds with Program Office, Type Commanders, and Lab Managers worldwide.
• Communicates, schedules, and processes vendor warranty repairs.
• Submits trouble tickets and provides CSAMS input to developers.
• Other duties as assigned.
