Oneida ESC Group seeks a Data Administrator II for its CSRIA Warehouse in Beaufort, SC. This on-site role involves data entry, document management, and CSAMS maintenance to support calibration inventory accuracy.

The candidate will draft and verify records, generate reports, and collaborate with DoD-related programs. A high school diploma is required, with one year of data administration experience and strong MS Office skills. U.S. citizenship and background clearance may be required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year in Data Administration or related duties.
• Experience with data entry, accurate typing, and filing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (365, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with METCAL/DoD/NAVAIR systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Enter all data into CSAMS inventory system.
• Draft, update, and follow data administration processes.
• Prepare, compile, and verify material receipts and issues.
• File, store, and secure paper and electronic records.
• Print and scan documents to vendors and personnel.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports.
• Troubleshoot processing errors to meet inventory goals and security policies.
• Communicate with Program Office and Lab Managers for real-time material status.
• Coordinate vendor warranty repairs and submit CSAMS trouble tickets.
• Other duties as assigned.
