Decision Point is seeking a part-time, remote Donor and Data Specialist to support donor relations, fundraising, finance, and ministry operations.

You will manage donor records, support grant surveys, prepare giving analyses, and coordinate with the advancement team. This role offers flexible hours, training, and potential growth into a full-time position, with travel for mission trips and team gatherings as needed.

• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Able to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with Google Docs and spreadsheets; QuickBooks or Virtuous experience is a plus.
• A mature evangelical Christian committed to the gospel and evangelism, with integrity and a collaborative spirit.

• Coordinate advancement team meetings, tasks, and reports.
• Correct contribution records and verify weekly donation batches with Finance.
• Respond to donor and finance inquiries, including returned tax receipts.
• Prepare fundraising and event mailings, segmented contact lists, and giving analyses.

This is a part-time position with potential to grow into full-time. Staff receive a dependable salary, and each team member also raises ministry support. Decision Point provides training, coaching, and ongoing support for fundraising. Some travel may be required for mission trips, events, training, and team gatherings.
