A Day in the Life:

• You will guide prospective clients through Access & Integration, ensuring all data sources are connected to our internal systems.
• You will act as the bridge between Revenue and Analyst teams, coordinating platform access for new business vetting.
• You will build trust quickly with clients through clear communication and a solutions-oriented attitude.

Role Requirements:

• Experience guiding clients through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions.
• Background in resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software-related context, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, analytics tools, and access protocols for platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and HubSpot.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Access Request Velocity targets an average of 7 days or less for access requests.
• First-Touch Completeness Rate measures appraisals with no follow-up access requests needed.
• Integration Completion Rate aims for 100% of available integrations completed once access is granted.
