Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring for a fast-paced, hands-on role in a warehouse setting in Houston. You will receive, stock, and rotate inventory while adhering to HACCP and safety standards. You will scan, pick, pack, and hand off orders to Dashers, and assist with on-site food prep as needed.

You’ll communicate with customers through the app for substitutions and maintain a positive, team-focused environment. The role supports multiple shifts, including nights, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must have great communication skills and be a problem solver.
• Team-oriented with ability to handle varied duties.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage, or related industries.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to delight customers.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Minimum 18 years old and HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management following HACCP, food-handling and spoilage processes.
• Pick, pack and sort orders using scanning devices and staging.
• Delight customers via clear, pleasant communication in the app.
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
