Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Columbus is looking for a motivated team member to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting. You will receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and assist Dashers and Runners as needed.

You will help maintain a safe, clean workspace and contribute to team goals while learning basic kitchen tasks when required. This hourly role includes competitive pay and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma or GED
• Customer-facing experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: receive, stock, rotate and safeguard inventory.
• Pick, pack and sort: scan packages, stage orders, hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: communicate clearly with customers in-app for substitutions.
• Warehouse organization and safety: maintain a safe, clean work area per standards.
• Be a team player: support goals and collaborate with the team.
• Runner/Dasher coordination: guide Runners/Dashers and manage parking lot traffic where applicable.
• Food preparation (where applicable): assist in light prep of hot/cold foods.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills: develop new skills as needed.
