Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a hands-on team member to manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and support Dashers in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will help maintain stock, ensure product quality, and communicate effectively with customers in the app for substitutions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and willingness to learn, with opportunities to assist in light food preparation and participate in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or food/beverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory; monitor quality and freshness; ensure proper rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort orders; scan items and handoff to Dashers.
• Delight customers by clear, friendly communication in-app for substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organize workspace per DashMart standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and support Runner/Dasher coordination as needed.
• Assist in light food preparation and pre-packaging where required.
