Job summary

CACI seeks a Journeyman Dashboard Administrator for the GMOS contract to support the Department of State. This role guides a technical team to deliver enterprise dashboards and analytics that drive program oversight and mission readiness.

You will design and maintain dashboards using Grafana and BI tools, integrate data from multiple sources, monitor IT operations metrics, track cost, availability, and security posture, and ensure accessibility standards while supporting federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of related experience in data visualization, BI, dashboards, analytics, or IT operations reporting.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience with Grafana dashboard development and executive-level reporting.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Splunk dashboards, or ServiceNow Analytics.
• Understanding IT operations metrics including availability, performance, capacity, and SLA reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Status Reports and Weekly Activity Reports with dashboards and KPIs for program oversight.
• Develop interactive Trip Report dashboards documenting travel activities, site outcomes, costs and budgets.
• Implement Quality Management Plan dashboards tracking QC metrics and audit results.
• Develop and maintain dashboards showing enterprise health, availability, capacity trends, and security posture.
• Create Quarterly Spend Plan dashboards with labor hours, CLIN costs, and burn rates.
• Implement Data Center Management dashboards for SDDC resources, DR status, and availability.
• Configure Enterprise Operations Center dashboards for infrastructure availability and incident status.
• Use Grafana to design enterprise dashboards integrating data from multiple sources with alerts.
• Develop Capacity Management dashboards for trend analysis, forecasting, and planning.
• Create disaster recovery dashboards tracking 2N redundancy and RPO/RTO compliance.
