Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of internal controls for business processes.
• Identify high-priority processes for testing.
• Develop tests of design and operating effectiveness.
• Create corrective action plans based on test results.
• Interface directly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Oversee staff work and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage annual updates of process documentation and flowcharts.

For our client, we are seeking a DASA DEC Team Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee internal control testing and compliance-focused financial management work in support of client operations. The position is centered on evaluating business processes, documenting control environments, and driving corrective actions that strengthen operating effectiveness. In addition, the leader will partner directly with clients and guide staff to ensure work is completed to required standards.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 - $188,000 annually
