Job summary

DAS Integrators, LLC in Englewood, CO is seeking a DAS Systems Performance Engineer to support and optimize DAS performance across Denver-area sites. This is an on-site role with frequent field jobs, working closely with carriers and field teams to resolve RF challenges.

You will analyze KPIs, perform walk and sweep tests using TEMS, PCTEL, Anritsu, and iBwave tools, and collaborate with design and construction to ensure system health and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DAS/RF engineering experience required.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for RF systems.
• Familiarity with RF testing tools (TEMS, iBwave, PCTEL, Anritsu).

Responsibilities

• DAS Performance Optimization — Analyze KPIs, identify gaps, implement tuning strategies.
• RF Troubleshooting — Diagnose interference, hardware faults, configuration issues.
• Carrier Collaboration — Coordinate with wireless carriers to validate performance and support integration.
• Field Testing — Conduct walk tests and sweep tests on-site using standard RF tools.
• System Monitoring — Track alarms and KPIs, ensure system health.
• Documentation — Maintain records of configurations and optimization work.
• Cross-Team Support — Work with design, construction and integration teams to meet performance targets.
