Job summary

DAS Integrators, LLC in the Denver metro area is seeking a Lead DAS Technical Engineer to optimize DAS performance across customer sites. This is an on-site role with frequent field-based jobsite work, ideal for hands-on RF problem solving and collaboration with carriers and field teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in DAS/RF engineering, proficiency with RF testing tools (TEMS, iBwave, PCTEL, Anritsu), and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience in DAS, RF engineering, or related wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with RF testing tools (TEMS, iBwave, PCTEL, Anritsu).
• Experience working with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
• On-site work and local travel in the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• DAS Performance Optimization — Analyze KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement tuning strategies.
• RF Troubleshooting — Diagnose interference, hardware faults, and configuration issues using industry-standard tools.
• Carrier Collaboration — Work directly with wireless carriers to validate system performance and support integration.
• Field Testing — Perform walk tests, sweep tests, and on-site evaluations using tools such as PCTEL, Anritsu, TEMS, or similar.
• System Monitoring — Track alarms, KPIs, and system health using RF monitoring platforms.
• Documentation — Maintain accurate records of configurations, optimization work, and performance reports.
• Cross-Team Support — Partner with design, construction, and integration teams to ensure systems meet performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

• RF Engineering Experience with strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency with RF testing tools (TEMS, iBwave, PCTEL, Anritsu, etc.)
• Experience working with major carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile)
• Ability to work on-site and be present at field jobsites at any given time
• Local travel throughout the Denver metro area

Preferred Qualifications

• iBwave Certification
• Public Safety DAS Knowledge
• Experience with neutral-host DAS environments
• Familiarity with fiber infrastructure supporting DAS systems

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $105,000–$155,000, based on experience and technical expertise.
