Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Mobility Program Manager to lead DAS installation projects across West Palm Beach locations. You will guide end‑to‑end mobility infrastructure programs, coordinate with carriers, DAS providers, and facilities teams, and manage governance, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, high‑quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise mobility, telecom, infrastructure, or carrier delivery programme management.
• Proven experience delivering DAS or indoor wireless deployment projects in corporate settings.
• Strong governance, planning, risk, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience with mobile carriers, DAS providers, and third‑party partners.
• Familiarity with DAS delivery lifecycle: site surveys, RF design, cabling, permitting, testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, and transition of DAS installations across enterprise offices.
• Manage end‑to‑end mobility infrastructure programmes with scope, milestones, risks, and vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, facilities, sourcing, legal, and network teams to improve indoor coverage.
• Oversee site readiness activities, design reviews, cabling, electrical work, and permits.
• Governance: weekly status, RAID logs, executive updates, decisions, and dependencies.
• Drive accountability for timelines, deliverables, testing, acceptance, and post‑install support.
• Manage contractual dependencies, co-location, landlord constraints, and scope changes.
