Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Study Supervisor for our DART program in Everett, WA. The role focuses on regulated reproductive and developmental toxicology studies in rats and rabbits, with emphasis on animal welfare and data integrity.

You will oversee procedures, sample collection, and endpoint assessments while ensuring GLP adherence and collaboration with Study Directors, Veterinary Services, and Operations. On-site in Everett with a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with laboratory animals in gestational models and reproductive toxicology procedures.
• Ability to perform rat and rabbit handling safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written protocols and SOPs; work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory DART studies for rats and rabbits including fertility and embryo-fetal development.
• Observe animals and report health or behavioral changes.
• Collect biological samples and administer test materials per protocols.
• Assist with anesthesia, catheter placement and fetal collection.
• Document procedures and results per GLP; train staff and support cross-functional teams.
• Monitor study progress to ensure timelines and quality.
