Qualifications

• Must be able to operate scale operator and labeler with provided training material (verbal and written).
• Experience in a food processing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dark meat production line on rotation.
• Participate as a team member and attend team meetings.
• Follow Simmons operating systems and LEAN practices.
• Identify and report issues to improve team cohesiveness and efficiency.
• Work in loud, cold environment and use PPE as required.
