Qualifications

• Danish-speaking required (native or fluent).
• Professional English for training and internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Danish-speaking customers in a retail e-commerce setting.
• Handle order inquiries, returns, and delivery tracking with a focus on satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment, inventory, and account issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Zalando product catalog to advise customers confidently.
• Deliver empathetic, efficient support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Monitor industry trends to anticipate customer concerns and improve service.
• Contribute to team KPIs for resolution time and quality.
