Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a fluent Danish-speaking Customer & Technical Advisor to support Miele in Athens, Greece. You’ll handle frontline care, remote diagnostics, and coordinate with field engineers to ensure premium appliances run smoothly for European customers.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C1) with solid English (B2) for training and team comms.
• Good general PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• Relocation-ready with EU passport or work eligibility to live in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers who need help with premium appliances.
• Walk customers through basic troubleshooting and help locate spare parts or serial numbers.
• Coordinate with field engineers to send a technician on-site when needed.
• Cross-skill across customer care and technical support within the first month.
