• Act as the first point of contact for all the Danish speaking clients
• Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats
• Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
• Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues

The role of the Danish Customer Support requires:

What you will receive if you succeed as a Danish Customer Support:

• Excellent monthly salary (1300 euros) - 14 salaries per year
• Contract: unlimited
• Operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 – 19:00
• Performance bonus: 10% (130 euros)

• 5 euros per working day for supermarket, restaurants, food delivery & gas
