Responsibilities

• Teach knowledge, skills, confidence, and character to students.
• Value students’ backgrounds and experiences.

• Develop assessments to monitor student progress.
• Analyze assessment data to inform instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community members.
• Implement classroom management techniques.
• Maintain high expectations for achievement and conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Passing score on CBEST or equivalent.
• Valid preliminary or CLEAR teaching credential (preferred but not required).
