Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios, Inc in Boise is seeking an experienced Front Desk Representative for our studio. This full-time, in-person role is the first touchpoint for students, guests, and inquiries, requiring a friendly, organized, multitasking individual who can manage payments, scheduling, and front desk operations.

You will greet students, handle phone calls and emails, maintain records, and support events while representing the Fred Astaire brand with warmth.

• Accept and process payments through POS systems.
• Maintain and update student accounts and records.
• Support daily studio operations and team coordination.
• Assist with studio cleanliness, event prep, and front desk organization.
• Represent the Fred Astaire brand with professionalism and warmth.
