Job summary

The School District of Springfield Township is seeking candidates to support students with disabilities under the direction of SPED teachers and principals. The instructional assistant will help implement supports, relate well to the school community, and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities may include assisting during activities such as the Middle School Dance, following district policies, and performing other duties as needed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs preferred.
• Enjoy working with children in a school setting.
• Meets PA standards for paraeducator eligibility.
