HealthFitness is seeking an as-needed Dance Group Fitness Instructor for our Kingsport, TN location. This flexible, substitute-style role supports our client site with engaging, safe dance fitness sessions and varied formats based on demand.

Qualified candidates hold a current ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NCCA cert or equivalent, provide adult CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days, and have 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe dance fitness group exercise to members.
• Lead classes in various formats based on demand and scheduling.
• Ensure participant safety and proper form during sessions.
