Job summary

Torchy’s is looking for outgoing Bartenders to deliver a Damn Good guest experience in Sugar Land, TX. You will be responsible for cocktail preparation, menu knowledge, and providing friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include guest interaction, maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. A state alcohol-server license is required, and the role may require varied hours and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
• Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Cocktail preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes.
• Menu knowledge: Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
