Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics from an accredited university or college.
• 1+ years of prior experience in economic damages and/or forensic accounting preferred.
• Experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms would be an asset.
• Pursuing CPA, CFF, CFA, CFE, or ABV credentials is a plus.
• Ability to develop creative approaches and solutions for complex problems.
• Ability to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial records and capital market data.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Working proficiency in a second non-English language is a plus.
• The ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic, financial, accounting, and industry research.
• Analyze financial and non-financial information and summarize findings for the team and clients.
• Assist with preparation of expert reports (damages, forensic accounting, and construction quantum reports).
• Assist with rebuttal expert reports evaluating others' conclusions.
• Communicate with clients and counsel.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Manage day-to-day requirements of multiple engagements.
