Job summary

Irth Solutions seeks a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Damage Prevention to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our Damage Prevention product suite. This role translates 811 regulations and customer workflows into compelling narratives that drive adoption, pipeline, and customer value.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will bridge Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing, ensuring differentiation and buyer-aligned messaging across utilities, operators, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, communications, or related roles in utilities/critical infrastructure
• Strong domain expertise in 811 / One Call operations
• Knowledge of CGA guidelines, PHMSA regulations, and state 811 requirements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex topics into clear narratives
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing
• Willingness to travel up to ~20% for events and sales efforts
• Thrives in a high-growth, private-equity-backed environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end positioning and messaging for Irth’s Damage Prevention portfolio
• Lead GTM planning for launches, enhancements, and integrations
• Create sales enablement materials and support strategic deals
• Gather customer and market insights to inform strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Creative Delivery on campaigns and industry thought leadership
